If you have a query on your receipt please send it to together with a brief explanation and a phone number where you can be contacted. Support is usually available 9am to 9pm and on most days of the week.

Please note that the Club’s terms and conditions of entry state that payments will not be refunded, transferred to other events or or carried forward where withdrawal from an event is less than 7 calendar days prior to the event. This is because it is usually too late to find a replacement entrant and coaches, referees, equipment and other expenses have already been committed.
